Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Options and Pickup
You can choose to pick up your artwork from my studios free of charge, or have it delivered directly to you.
Studio Pickup: Artwork can be picked up from my studio locations at:
  • Lohja: Karkalintie 36, 08100 Lohja
  • Espoo: Ruukinrannantie 19 a, 02600 Espoo
Shipping via Transport Company
Artworks can also be delivered to the customer carefully packed via a professional transport/shipping company.
2. Shipping Fees and Packaging
Shipping is free of charge.
Please note the following packaging conditions based on the destination and size:
  • Large Artworks (120x150 cm and up): Large paintings are shipped rolled up in a protective tube. The wooden stretcher bars are included in the package. You can take the canvas to a local framing shop to be stretched, or you can assemble and stretch it yourself.
  • International Shipping (Outside Finland): Deliveries abroad are always shipped without wooden stretcher bars and/or external frames (canvas rolled in a tube).
The payment and delivery methods are always agreed upon with the customer in advance. We reserve the right to amend product prices and shipping terms.
3. Payment Terms Based on Delivery Method
Terms for Studio Pickup
When picking up the artwork from the studio, payment can be made on-site in full or in parts. We accept Vipps (previous Mobilepay) and cash. Splitting the payment does not incur any extra fees, and the payment terms are always agreed upon with the customer in advance.
Terms for Shipped Artworks
Artworks delivered via a transport company are shipped only after the customer has approved the finished piece.
  1. The invoice will be sent to you only after the artwork is completed and approved by you.
  2. The artwork will be shipped once the invoice has been paid in full (or according to the agreed installment plan).
4. Installment Plans
Interest-free installment plans are available for all purchases. The terms of the payment plan are always customized and agreed upon with the customer in advance. If you would like to pay in installments, please contact the artist at info@artstudioelise.com.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union (EU), the customer is solely responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local fees levied by the destination country.
